Refunds & Returns Policy
To be eligible for a Refund, Return or Exchange, certain conditions must be met (see further details below). You have 15 days from the day that you received your items to return or exchange your purchase. After the 15 days any returns, exchanges or refunds will no longer qualify. Please read though the following policy.
Full Refunds or Exchanges Guaranteed, and Applied if:
- You did not receive your order within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
- If the product is substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page. Note that slight variances may occur from time to time, these would not qualify as substantially.
- If for any reason the item is received defective or damaged.
- You are not completely satisfied provided the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and back in the original packaging.
We do NOT Accept Returns or Exchanges if
- The item(s) have been altered (after receipt in good standing).
- The item(s) are in any way defective, ripped, cut or torn from the original and salable condition, unless you had received it this way.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Next Steps
- Once your return is received one of our Felinemania.com staff member will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the item to verify your claim to be valid, and if so your refund will be processed asap, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. It may take up to 7 business days for the credit to show up back on your credit card.
- Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Any paid shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of shipping error.
Please follow these INSTRUCTIONS when completing a RETURN or EXCHANGE:
- Please send an email to: support@dipsycat.com.
- Please write in detail your Order #, Digital Photo of item (if applicable), which items you want exchange, and why.
- Please provide a return mailing address.
We will reply within 48 hours with questions if further clarification is required, and/or with details on next steps to get your return or exchange completed as soon as possible.
Shipping Return:
It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Felinemania.com with tracking confirmation for your return postage.
